You will be kept under observation in the recovery room for at least a few hours after rhinoplasty surgery. If all is well, you may be allowed to leave the hospital the same day.
You will need someone to drive you home as you will be under the influence of anesthesia. If the procedure is a complex procedure, you may need to stay in the hospital for a day or two.
